Returns and refunds

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days . If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging .

Non-returnable items

Several types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

Proof of purchase

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase .
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds (if applicable)

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please:

  1. Please check your bank account again.

  2. Please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially reflected.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Items on sale (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable .

Changes (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged .

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and we shipped it directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift decided to receive the order first to give it later, the refund will be sent to the person who made the purchase, who will be informed of the return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable . If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Depending on your place of residence, the time it takes to receive your product replacement may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at over $75 , we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
